Returns and Replacement
Ion Watch USA offers replacement on defective watches and Popochos Watch Skins within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your watch at customerservice@ionwatchusa.com for any defective merchandise. You will be responsible for postage to return the item to us.
Imazine Sports Watch batteries can be changed.
